We are thrilled to get your order on its way! We ship to most destinations worldwide, with a few exceptions noted in our restrictions section below.

Exclusions: Please note that VIBAe Pre-Loved items (sold by Ninyes) are excluded from our free shipping promotion.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to the following locations:

Belarus, Turkey, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and Ukraine.

Special Locations: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or Airbnb locations at this time.
Multiple Addresses
Each order can only be shipped to a single destination. If you need items sent to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
Depending on your destination, your local customs office may apply import fees, duties (tariffs), or taxes. At checkout, you will see one of the following banners:

"No Hidden Fees – All Duties Included" The total price at checkout covers all applicable duties and taxes. We guarantee no additional charges upon delivery.

"Local taxes and duties may apply" In this case, any customs-related fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by local authorities when the order arrives.
Important Note: We are legally required to declare the true value of your order. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid fees. Customs authorities may occasionally delay deliveries at their discretion; VIBAe has no control over these internal processes.
Order Tracking

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order departs, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress.

Multiple Shipments: To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, your order may arrive in more than one package depending on warehouse availability. You will still receive a single tracking number. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you are missing an item, please allow a few extra days for the remaining package to arrive.
Refusing a Shipment & Redirections

Damaged Goods: We strive for perfection, but if your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately at vibaelegance@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

Unauthorized Refusals: If you refuse a shipment without prior authorization, you will be held responsible for all original shipping costs, return fees, duties, and taxes.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address! Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different location.
