REFUND POLICY

At VIBAe, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind, and we are committed to making our return and exchange process as smooth and responsible as possible.

Online Purchases: Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for all regular-priced merchandise.

1. Returns

We provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns. You can choose between two refund methods:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method:

    • A €10 restocking fee (or equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted from your total refund.

    • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–8 business days after processing.

  • Refund via Store Credit (Best Value):

    • Receive a digital gift card for your original purchase amount plus an extra 10% bonus.

    • No restocking fee is deducted.

    • Credit is available immediately once processed.

2. Exchanges

  • We offer one free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the original pair.

  • Important: If the size you need is out of stock, please follow the Return process instead and place a new order when the item is available.

Note: If you need to change your shipping address for an exchange, please contact us at vibaelegance@gmail.com before submitting your request through the portal.


Sale & Discounted Merchandise

  • Discounts under 50%: These items are eligible for return within 30 days, but refunds are issued only via Store Credit (eGift Card). No refunds to the original payment method.

  • Discounts of 50% or greater: These items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale (50% off or more).

  • Gift Cards (cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded).


How to Start the Process

  1. Visit the VIBAe Return & Exchange Portal.

  2. Follow the prompts to generate your prepaid shipping label.

  3. Check your SPAM folder if you do not receive your label via email immediately.

Processing Times

  • Once your package reaches our warehouse, we process returns within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an automated email as soon as your refund or credit has been issued.

  • Please note: We do not refund original import duties or taxes paid at the time of delivery.
